There is no better way to get your energy back after a long session in the surf than with one of Sven's fruit smoothies. These babies have become legendary in the south west and you will soon see why. All the produce has been carefully picked from the local organic fruit and veg market and the honey is also local.

 

Sven has been a sales manager for several big surf brands and is still very actively involved in the industry today.


INGREDIENTS

 

1 banana

1 nectarine

1 frozen mango

5 frozen rasberries

1 slice of ginger

1 large spoonful of honey

1 cup orange juice

mix in blender for 2 minutes

 

BEST SERVED CHILLED
